SHIPPING POLICY
At RCG, all items are made to order with care and attention to detail. Our current turnaround time is 2–5 business days before dispatch. This does not include weekends or public holidays.
Pre-Orders
For any pre-order items, the provided due dates are estimates only. While we do our best to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control such as shipping, customs, or supplier delays.
All pre-order purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds for delays or change of mind.
Shipping & Delivery
We do everything possible to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered in a timely manner. However, once your order has been shipped, RCG is not liable for:

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier (e.g. Australia Post) directly to lodge a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
RCG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. We recommend contacting your local courier or Australia Post for further assistance.
International Orders
For all international orders, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery depending on your location and customs processing times.
